What to call about

Anything about an order in progress: where the driver is, changing an item, cancelling, or getting a slot moved. Phone is better than the form for all of those, because they are time-sensitive and we can fix them while you are on the line.

Also worth calling: asking what came in well at the market this morning. Whoever answers was there, and it is genuinely the most useful thing we know that is not written anywhere on this site.

What the form is better for

Anything that is not urgent, and anything you want a written answer to — a price on a quoted item, a question about an area we have not listed, feedback about a delivery, or a longer list you would rather type than read out.

We answer during delivery hours, 07:00 to 22:00, every day.

Something went wrong with an order

Tell us within 7 days and we will replace it on your next delivery or refund it, whichever you prefer. A photograph is enough — nothing needs to be sent back to us. Include your order number if you have it to hand, and if you have not, your phone number is enough for us to find it.

Buying for a business

Restaurants, cafés, cafeterias and shops are better served by the wholesale enquiry form, which asks for the right things and gets you a quoted list rather than a basket.
