Shipping policy

How, when and where we deliver. Delivery information covers the same ground in more practical detail; this page is the formal statement of it.

Service area

Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We serve seven named areas — Deira, Business Bay, Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lake Towers and Al Nahda — and other parts of Dubai by arrangement. We do not currently deliver to other emirates.

Delivery window

Every day, 07:00 to 22:00, including weekends. The day is divided into slots and each slot takes a fixed number of deliveries; when a slot is full it stops being offered. You select your slot at checkout and that is the window we commit to.

A slot is a window, not a fixed minute. We will call you if we are going to miss it by a margin that matters.

We do not publish a same-day cut-off time. When you order, you choose a delivery window from the ones still available that day, and that window is what we commit to.

Charges

Delivery is free on orders over AED 500. Below that a charge applies according to your area. It is calculated on our side and displayed at checkout before you confirm the order — nothing is added afterwards.

The delivery fee depends on the area. The fee that applies to your address is shown at checkout, alongside the order total, before you confirm anything — and orders over AED 500 are delivered free.

There is no minimum order value. Order one bunch of coriander if that is what you need.

Where orders come from

Every order is picked and dispatched from our shop at Ajman Fish Market, Shop No. 104. We do not operate branches or collection points in the areas we deliver to.

Receiving the order

Someone must be present to receive the order and pay the driver in cash. If nobody is available the driver will call, wait as long as the round allows, and then return the order to us; we will contact you to rebook. Repeated failed deliveries on the same order may mean we ask for the next one to be collected instead.

Addresses

We deliver to the address as given. An incomplete address — a building without a flat number, a JLT tower without a cluster letter, a villa without a street — is the most common cause of a late delivery. If we cannot find you and cannot reach you by phone, the order comes back with the driver.

Delays outside our control

Weather, road closures, border congestion and market supply failures happen. When they do we will tell you what is happening and offer you the choice of a new slot or a cancellation with nothing to pay.
