We deliver across Dubai, and we have named delivery pages for Deira, Business Bay, Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lake Towers and Al Nahda. Pick your area at checkout — if it is not listed, call us on +971 56 959 5420 and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

Daily, 07:00 to 22:00, including weekends. You choose a slot inside that window when you place the order, and each slot has a limited number of deliveries so the one you book is the one you get.

Delivery is free on orders above AED 500. Below that, the charge depends on your area and is calculated and shown on the checkout page before you confirm anything — you will never be asked to pay a delivery amount you have not already seen.

Cash on delivery. You pay the driver when the order reaches you, in cash, in dirhams. There is no card payment on the site and we do not ask for card details anywhere — if a page ever asks you for a card number, it is not us.

Usually yes, if you order early enough in the day and the slot you want is still open. The checkout only offers slots we can actually still fill, so if a same-day slot appears you can book it. Ordering later in the evening generally means the next morning.

No. You can check out as a guest with a name, a phone number and an address. An account is only worth having if you want your order history, saved addresses and the reorder button, which turns a repeat weekly shop into two clicks.

Use the Track order page with your order number and the phone number you ordered with. You will see the status as it moves — confirmed, being packed, out for delivery, delivered — without needing to log in.

Yes, as long as it has not been packed and loaded. Cancel it from your account, or call +971 56 959 5420 and we will do it for you. Once the order is out for delivery it is with the driver and the cleaner option is to refuse the items you no longer want at the door.

Tell us within 7 days and we will replace it on your next delivery or refund it, your choice. Fresh produce is not something you should have to argue about — a photograph on WhatsApp is enough, we do not ask you to send anything back.

Because their wholesale rate genuinely moves week to week — round cabbage and honey melon are the two on the list today. Rather than publish a number that will be wrong in three days, we quote those on the day. Send an enquiry from the product page and we will come back with the current rate.

The box is the same produce in a bigger pack at a lower rate per kilo. Tomatoes are AED 6 a kilo or AED 25 a box, so the box works out cheaper per kilo. Box weights differ by item and are stated on the product page — worth checking before you assume it is the better buy for a small household.

Yes. The box units on the site cover a lot of it, and for standing orders or larger volumes there is a wholesale enquiry form that comes straight to us. Tell us what you need weekly and we will quote it rather than sending you through the normal checkout.

To a point, and you should ask. We deliberately send avocados, mangoes, peaches and bananas firm, because ripe fruit does not survive a van in a Dubai summer. If you need something ready to eat today, add a note to the order or call us and we will pick the ripest in the van.

Yes. Produce is weighed at packing, not estimated. Where an item is sold by the piece — a pineapple, a watermelon — the price is for the piece and the weight varies naturally, which is why those are priced that way rather than by the kilo.

At the Dubai wholesale market, in the morning, every day. Some items are UAE-grown — the melons through the hot months, some of the leafy vegetables — and the rest is imported. Each product page states the origin we are currently buying that item from.
